Cristián Fabres Ruiz

Cristian has focused his practice on capital markets, investment funds, debt issuances, securitization, corporate law and M&A.

He has taken part in commissions organized by the Chilean Financial Market Commission to draft new securities market regulations related to bond issuances, stockbrokers and corporate governance. He has also assisted the Banks Superintendence of Guatemala in securitization and derivatives matters.
He is on the board of directors of BCI Asset Management Administradora General de Fondos S.A. and Club de Golf La Quinta in Marbella, Spain.

He is an arbitrator on the roster of the National Arbitration Center and is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
