Ricardo has focused his practice on capital markets, banking and finance, alternative assets, financial services, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.
He also specializes in administrative law matters associated with the securities market, asset laundering prevention and other regulatory matters.
He has vast experience in both local and international finance transactions.
He is on the board of directors of Ameris Securitizadora S.A. and BCI AM Sicav (Luxembourg).
